CONGRATULATIONS to the Fab Four! These dedicated Mallard Creek High School swim team members made it all the way to compete in State Finals! How did they do? Fantastic of course! Gabby Mondelli, Morgan Dionne, Kristin Ates and Katie Hensley came through the Conference meet UNDEFEATED in the girls 400 Free Relay event. With a best time of 3.51 these girls were certainly heading to UNC Chapel Hill to compete against the best in the state. They arrived ready to make an all out effort; they swam their hearts out and were able to hold their seated 14th position. The girls were thrilled with their accomplishment and are ready for the challenge of next year’s season. A special thank you to Coach Anderson and Coach Blanton for all of their time, dedication and love for the sport! See you next fall poolside!
